The Uplands offers individual ‘country style’ apartments as an apartments only complex of twelve select units - owned and operated by the long established Morvan Hotels Group. It is situated both within walking distance of the town of St Helier and also provides easy access to the countryside for relaxing country walks.


Our twelve purpose-built apartments are constructed to modern standards and are suitable for holiday use as well as for shorter lets.

Each apartment provides a real 'home from home' feel. All are equipped with linen, towels etc, as well as a welcome pack with essential food items for arriving guests. A convenience store is located moments from the complex.

All are serviced weekly and have the benefit of an on-site laundry facility. New for 2012 is the feature of 40" flat screen televisions, installed in all lounge areas and equipped with Freeview TV. Free wi-fi is included.

Importantly, we offer excellent free exit controlled on site parking.

A unique feature for Uplands guests, adding much value to your stay, is the free use of all indoor leisure facilities located within our sister hotels. These four swimming pool facilities etc. provide a great amenity and point of interest for those choosing the Uplands complex.

In addition, the Morvan Group offers restaurant and bar facilities at both our Monterey and Best Western Royal hotels, where live guest entertainment is also provided on certain evenings from May to September.

Please note: Hotel bar and restaurant facilities are not provided on-site at the Uplands – but serviced apartments with bar and restaurant may be obtained at our Samares Coast Hotel and Apartments complex.

Cycle racks are provided for those hiring bicycles to access the nearby 'green- lane' network to walk or cycle.
